Submit a request for a consultation on our contact page. We offer consultations in person, by phone or by video conference, if necessary. We will discuss your event, timeline, style, and budget. This is the opportunity to understand the details of your project as well as your expectations.
We will provide you with a detailed quote based on the your requests for your invitation set as discussed during the consultation. Quotes can always be adjusted according to your needs and comfortability.
Once the initial quote is approved, we require a 50% deposit to be made. This deposit is applied toward your order total. We will also send over our design contract for you to review and sign. And then the fun part begins, design!
We create three PDF proof options outlining all the details of your invitation suite. The design and proofing stage can take up to 2-4 weeks depending on the number of revisions requested by the client. This is the time to review all of your wording, dates, spelling, punctuation, and design elements. Once the final proof is confirmed, we proceed with printing and changes cannot be made. Any additional prints or changes needed after the approved proof will be treated as a new order.
Your order will immediately move into production once the final proof is approved. Production time takes approximately 4-6 weeks. If assembly is required, please allow an additional time of 1-2 weeks.
Your custom invitation order will be packaged and delivered to you with care. The balance of your payment is due upon receipt of your order. We hope to see you for your next event!
